This makes it possible to add completely new IP services leveraging affordable voice and multimedia applications that drive significant productivity gains and make communicating easier, simpler and much more effective. Rocco Spagnuolo states that the convergence of IP services such as Instant Messaging, Voice Mail, Interactive Voice Response and Conference Services into mobile devices has created an enormous interest among his business customers.
