Ardites Ltd. strengthens its position as a major Symbian deliverer

Ardites Ltd. has acquired a part of the businesses of Icecom Ltd., Eximia Software Consulting and Incode Ltd. According to the contract a significant part of subcontracting businesses of those companies has transferred to Ardites Ltd. After the agreement there are over 50 experts working in Ardites.

Along with the agreement Ardites can offer larger subcontracting projects to its customers. “This strengthens the position of Ardites as a major deliver of Symbian know how in Finland,” states Mika Ruostesuo, the CEO of Ardites. 

The specialists of Ardites make an impact on the strategic role of its customers’ R&D programs. Extensive Symbian know-how and the ability to follow-through with challenging software projects, has provided Ardites with extensive recognition within its customer base.
