Online customer service is now "IN" - offer more choices to your customers with Icecom PresenceEngine

Lexus Finland provides an excellent example on how customers can be treated to today's technology; it offers online customer service also through its website! Customers can go to the Lexus website, see if the customer servant is online and start an Instant Messaging discussion with her. This service is also available to enquirers and customers through the Fonecta 020202.fi directory.


The service is a combination of an Icecom server product PresenceEngine and a Client product of Movial which Creanor has bundled as an attractive service package to guarantee even better communication choices for Lexus' customers.
